Cloud 9 Radiance Underlay is a heavy-duty crumb underlay suitable for heavy contract use. Ideal for large areas, where a flat firm fit is required. This product stretches and provides excellent thermal insulation with an insulating warmth of 1.3 tog, as well as reducing sound by up to 30dB. Featuring double stick the Cloud 9 Radiance underlay can be installed quickly and easily using no tools or adhesive!
